To all TNT Family Fitness Center Members,

We would like to send our deepest apologies for the inconvenience to all our members. Many times things are not what they seem to be and that is the situation with our recent move from 460 s.w. port saint lucie blvd. in the Coco Vista Plaza. We had no idea that we were going to be leaving that location until the very end of our lease. Our landlord there lead us to believe, to the very end, that we were going to be renewing our lease at a better rate of rent that would match the economy instead of there inflated rent amount of 6 years ago when the economy was still doing good.

Then, at the very last days of our lease, instead of renewing our lease, the landlord notified us that he would not be renewing our lease because of back rent owed to him, but in fact the agreement made by the landlord and us was that any reduced rent during our 5 years that we were renting from them would be paid back over time when the TNT Fitness Center was doing better over the next 5 year term of lease that we were suppose to have stayed there for. It was not until the end of our lease that we had found out from some of our loyal members that the landlord had planned to force us to leave during the last week of our lease, with the intention that TNT would have NO PLACE to move to, and that we would have to leave all of the gym equipment and all of our members and just go out of business. Little did we know, we found out that our landlord, behind our backs, went into a partnership to help another fitness business open in our location, and to force us to leave all of our equipment and members.

This left us ONLY one solution to the problem that our landlord put us into, pull every favor around town and find a NEW location with NO time at all , and then find a specialized equipment moving company which was very hard to do. But we did get it all done over the course of 3 days and nights around the clock. This gave us NO TIME to notify members by phone or by email until ABC Financial could do so days later, and the only 2 methods of contact were very limited.....most members would not give us there email addresses because of privacy reasons, and then many phone numbers were either disconnected or changed to another phone number. We had left many signs on our entrance doors letting members know that we had relocated, and our new contact phone number and address, but the other fitness center that had moved into our location kept taking them down and throwing them away so that they could use this opportunity to steal our members from us, instead of working hard to earn them as we did for many many years.

Once again, TNT Family Fitness Center is very sorry for this situation, but we really did not have any control of the matter and would like the chance to make it up to all of our members at our BRAND NEW (STATE OF THE ART) LOCATION 582 university drive, suite 450 & 500 located in University Park around the corner from Aegis and across the street from Security Self Storage on Peacock Blvd in St. Lucie West.
